Jack has a new little playmate on the block (well, unfortunately not anywhere near our block, but they'll be long distance pals I'm sure). Caroline Anderson G. was born on Feb. 14, 2008 - a true little Valentine sweety. She arrived 6 weeks early so I'm very glad to say that both little Caroline and her Mommy are doing great. Congratulations to Shannon, Drew and big sister Grace! We can't wait to meet her in person.
Check out the happy family - what a little peanut she is! Shannon - I think I speak for Mom's everywhere with our own post-birth picture with swollen features and horrible hospital gown when I say - it's disgusting how great you look in this picture. But, you know I love you anyway.
Here's to sleepless nights and breast pumps (oh yeah, those aren't the best memories of the newborn stuff). Ok - here's to snuggling with the little one, putting her down somewhere and finding her in the same place when you come back and that great baby smell! Have fun!
